Timothy M. Weber, MD, DMD

Dr. Timothy Weber joined St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994. He has a special interest in dental implants with an emphasis on complicated treatments with adjunctive procedures. He also specializes in areas of orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, trauma, and general oral surgery. In his free time Dr. Weber enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Richard Weber Jr

Richard W. Weber, Jr., MD, DDS

Dr. Richard Weber, Jr. graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School in 1981, then attended the six-year combined BA-MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. After Dr. Weber completed medical school, he did a general surgery internship, followed by dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He then completed a 4-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville. Dr. Weber joined his father and brother in practice at St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1995.

Dr. Weber practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on dental implant placement, orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of oral pathology. He also provides multiple anesthesia and sedation techniques for patients of all ages to make their surgical experience more pleasant. Dr. Weber uses his unique medical and dental background to provide the highest level of specialty care.

Dr. Weber lives in Weldon Springs and enjoys anything outdoors, including fishing, hunting and especially spending time with his wife and four children.

Brent Kincaid

Brent L. Kincaid, DDS

Dr. Brent Kincaid joined us in 2009 after completing 12 years of service as a dentist and oral surgeon in the United States Air Force. Dr. Kincaid grew up in the St. Louis area and attended the six-year dental program at UMKC, graduating in 1997. He immediately entered the United States Air Force, where he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, followed by three years as a practicing Air Force dentist.

In 2001, he entered advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Air Force’s largest trauma and training hospital, Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Upon completing his residency, he was assigned to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served on the hospital staff and was the director of oral surgery training for the AEGD residency. His military service took him to such diverse places as Virginia, South Korea, Colorado, Texas, Greenland, and Belize. He separated at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and moved back home to join St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he was a former patient! Dr. Kincaid’s areas of interest include corrective jaw surgery, anesthesia, and dental implant reconstruction.

In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, hockey, and softball as well as traveling, and spending time with his family.

Brad Carn

Bradley R. Carn, DMD, MD

The newest member of our practice, Dr. Brad Carn has recently relocated to St. Louis from Birmingham where he trained at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He practices the full scope of oral surgery, including orthognathic, traumatic reconstruction, dentoalveolar treatments, conservative and surgical treatment of temporo-mandibular disorder and treatment of benign pathology. Dr. Carn has an excellent chairside manner with all age ranges, including pediatric and elderly patients.

Dr. Carn graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2012. He recently obtained a medical degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He has undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biology from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Carn is happily married with four children and enjoys spending time with family and watching his kids participate in sports and dance. He is an Eagle Scout with numerous undergraduate and post-graduate honors. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading, and serving at his church and in the community in his free time.
